Can't print?

We have installed new printer drivers on the server. If you can't print, please do the following (which should only have to be done once for your account):

  • Open Control Panel, Printers.
  • Right-click each of the printers "on AI0" and choose Delete.
  • Close Control Panel, Printers.
  • In any window that shows files, or in the Run or Search menu item, open \\AI0 as if it were a folder.
  • You will see all the items that are shared on AI0. Some of them are printers. Right-click each of those printers and choose Connect.
  • Go back to Control Panel, Printers, and set one of them as the default printer.
